As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including their homes and within the community.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, manual handling, medication administration and household tasks.
• Foster independence and encourage skill development in areas like communication, mobility, and socialization.
• Establish strong and meaningful relationships with clients and their families, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Maintain accurate records and document progress as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
• Driver’s License
• Victorian NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 6 months.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Victorian Working with Children’s Check
