Disability Support Workers

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers (DSWs) who are passionate about supporting life choices for people with a disability, including the choice to be parents. As a specialist Disability Service provider, we are building our team of dedicated Support Worker staff to provide a range of supports both in-home and out in the community. This role works closely with other professionals to build the life and parenting skills and capcity of our participants.

Certificate III in Individual Support required.

We support our staff to increase their skills - we provide training in disability, maternity care and parenting and encourage self-learning opportunities.
