Are you an experienced support worker passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with complex medical needs? We’re looking for a team of reliable, proactive, and compassionate people to join our fast-paced, high-performing team in Clyde North.

About the Role: This site supports three amazing clients with a range of complex needs. Due to the medical requirements of the role, all staff must be confident and competent in:

  • Dysphagia (all clients have some level – extensive knowledge is essential)
  • Catheter care
  • Complex bowel care
  • Epilepsy management
  • Bowel and continence (BOC)
  • Hoisting and manual handling
The right candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to manage time under pressure while maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.

Meet the Clients:

  • Client 1: A young woman who adores all things girly—nails, hair dye, music, and crafts. She's bright and engaging, with communication that requires attentive listening. Loves being active in the community and spending quality time with her support team.
  • Client 2: A middle-aged man with Cerebral Palsy and a love for sports and betting. He is non-verbal but communicates well through cues. Recently attended the Australian Open thanks to his dedicated team.
  • Client 3: A young man with Cerebral Palsy and complex communication needs. He's mobile, non-verbal, and full of joy. He loves the Wiggles, swimming, and community walks.
