We seek to employ reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers in full-time positions.
The responsibilities include:
The position involves Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, including active and passive sleepover shifts, day shifts, and assistance within the community. Your dedication and support will help empower individuals to lead independent, fulfilling lives.

Task & Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene tasks (bathing,toileting, dressing, hoist transfers, grooming) while ensuring comfort and privacy.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Household Tasks: Help with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Companionship: Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support.
- Health Monitoring: Report any changes in health or behavior to the management.
- Transportation: Assist participants with transportation to appointments or social events.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided and report any concerns.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in providing disability care services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module
- Must have driver’s License
- Valid and current First Aid and CPR certification or enrolled to obtain both
- A current Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Must have completed Certificate iii or iV Qualification in a relevant area (Disability/Mental Health/Community Services).
- Willingness and ability to work with participants with high needs.
- Promote participant's choice and independence
