An exciting opportunity is available to join our Resource and Industrial team as a Despatch Coordinator – under Bulk Fuel business based in Laverton. Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and shift management for the Bulk Fuel national operations (VIC, NSW & QLD). You will ensure schedules are maintained and resources utilised to reduce unproductive time. This fulltime role is required to work a rotating 12 hour day/night roster, working 7 shifts a fortnight. Key areas: Promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring commitment to safety, COR and quality requirementsMonitoring shift activity to ensure schedules are being executed as planned, and intervene where resources are running behindEffective management and development of driver workforce to provide efficiencyOptimise equipment and operational tasks to deliver productive outcomes through resource utilizationProactive management of customer relationships Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote continuous improvement Are you the one? This role will suit a motivated supply chain professional with an understanding of transport management and planning. You are passionate about driving outcomes and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
