Essence cleaning services are looking for more reliable and hardworking people to join our fantastic team! We specialize in Domestic and End of Lease cleaning, with potential to also do commercial and Airbnb cleaning. Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne (Pascoe vale and Surrounding areas). We also have a few clients located in Ivanhoe, Thornbury, Reservoir, Ascot Vale, Essendon, Keilor East, Flemington and Kensington. We want to expand further into these areas.

Key Duties:

• Thorough clean of regular and end of lease clients’ properties.
• Exclusively following a checklist of tasks provided by management and double checking your work on the job.
• Friendly demeanour and ability to comfortably communicate with clients.
• Collect and return equipment at the beginning and end of each week.
• Drive to multiple jobs in a day.

About You:

• Cleaning experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
• Must speak fluent English.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude toward customers and a high standard of customer service
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required.
• Diligent with an excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and organize a diverse workload.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and responsive
• Flexible and able to change and adapt priorities.
• Team player and willing to help out when needed
• Self-motivated, self-confident, honest, professional, ethical, and flexible.
• Comfortable with manual labour

To be considered:

• Must have reliable car and valid driver’s license.

(Motorcycle or Push bike not accepted)

• Must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week (Preferred).
• Must have a police check or be willing to obtain.
• Must also be willing to travel to Ivanhoe, Alphington, Reservoir, Preston, Thornbury, Airport

West, Keilor, Ascot Vale, Essendon and surrounding suburbs About the Job:

• Award pay + 11.5% Superannuation Weekdays
• Award pay + 11.5% Superannuation Saturdays.
• We don't work Sundays.
