At Singh's Support Services, we provide high-quality, compassionate care and support services to individuals living with disabilities through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our mission is to improve the lives of NDIS participants by assisting them with daily tasks and providing a safe and clean living environment.

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Domestic Cleaners to join our team. As a Domestic Cleaner for NDIS participants, you will be responsible for ensuring that participants' homes remain clean, comfortable, and safe, enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:

Perform general cleaning tasks within participants’ homes, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Change bedding, and assist with making beds and organizing personal spaces.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure that cleaning tasks are performed in line with NDIS standards and safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment that promotes the safety and well-being of participants.

Follow all infection control and health protocols to protect the health of participants and staff.

Report any maintenance issues or concerns that may affect the participant's safety or comfort.

Personalized Service:

Offer friendly companionship and engage in light conversation to help combat isolation and enhance the participant's quality of life.

Be mindful of the participant’s needs, preferences, and privacy while cleaning.

Foster positive, respectful relationships with participants and their families.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, tasks completed, and any relevant notes about the participant's environment or well-being.

Communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding cleaning updates, issues, or any concerns about the participant’s home environment.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in domestic cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role is highly regarded.

NDIS Screening: Ability to pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

First Aid Certification (Preferred but not required).

Driver’s License (Required for travel between client homes).

Reliable Transport.
