Duty Manager

Runaway Bay Tavern is expanding to welcome a brand new sports bar and beer garden! We are on the lookout for experienced Duty managers to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service & enjoy working in a fun fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress, then this is the venue for you!

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar venue
• Strong experience in Gaming & Wagering 
• Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
• Exceptional time management & organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
• CLO - Desirable not necessary
