Are you a creative, analytical, and self-motivated digital marketing expert with a passion for e-commerce? We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team . This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth of our subscription-based offering, MetroMap, shaping digital sales strategies and optimising the online customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an e-commerce growth strategy for MetroMap, focusing on increasing online sales and subscriptions.
• Optimise pricing, subscription structuring, and positioning of MetroMap’s offerings in the online marketplace.
• Enhance and manage the MetroMap online store, including product listings, UI/UX improvements, and checkout experience.
• Leverage SEO, paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
• Utilise data analytics and A/B testing to improve customer journeys and e-commerce conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan & implement landing pages, content strategy, and lead generation campaigns.
• Manage e-commerce integrations with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Salesforce/Pardot), and analytics tools.
• Provide insights on customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks to refine strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-commerce growth, digital sales, or online marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing automation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and subscription-based sales models.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to collaborate on website and landing page improvements.
• Familiarity with heatmaps, session recording, and behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to assess user interactions and enhance conversion strategies.
• Experience in marketing “Data as a Service (DaaS)” or “Software as a Service (SaaS)” solutions is highly desirable.
