About the Role

As our eCommerce Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in growing the digital presence and sales channels across our portfolio of iconic food brands. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you’ll manage and optimise multiple e-commerce platforms, deliver seamless online experiences, and execute data-driven digital strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance online ordering, click-and-collect, and delivery services.
• Manage, maintain, and update brand e-commerce platforms, ensuring product, pricing, and content accuracy.
• Analyse data insights from platforms like Google Analytics to optimise user experiences and improve site performance.
• Drive revenue growth through campaign execution, upselling strategies, and website enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT, marketing teams, and external vendors to maintain seamless e-commerce operations.
• Run A/B testing, manage conversion rate optimisation projects, and recommend platform enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in the e-commerce industry, ideally within QSR, FMCG, fashion, or retail sectors.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Sana, and marketing automation tools like Klaviyo and Braze.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
• Skilled in web analytics (particularly GA4); certification is highly desirable.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience working with development teams.
• Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms and integrations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
