The Opportunity  
As the Early Careers Recruiter, you’ll be the national go-to for all things graduate recruitment. Your role will span attraction, engagement, and assessment, delivering campaigns that are engaging, future-focused, and aligned to RSM’s strategic workforce goals.
  
You will:
  • Develop and implement the early careers strategy across metro and regional offices
  • Advise senior stakeholders on market trends, data insights, and emerging best practice
  • Lead national undergraduate and graduate campaigns from attraction through to offer
  • Work with marketing to amplify the organisations brand through Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Design and run assessment centres, manage the ATS (PageUp), and use analytics to drive success
About You  
To be successful, you will be an experienced recruiter with a track record of delivering graduate and early careers campaigns within a professional service, legal, or financial services environment. You’re energised by youth engagement and have a genuine passion for building programs that create long-term career impact.
  
Your background might include experience in early careers or graduate recruitment, ideally at a national level, with strong stakeholder management and advisory skills. You’re likely familiar with early talent platforms such as Explore Careers, GradConnection, or Enboarder, and have hands-on experience running assessment centres and managing candidate pipelines. You bring a blend of process excellence and creative thinking, allowing you to deliver high-quality outcomes while contributing new ideas to enhance early talent strategies.

There will be a two-stage interview with the client before an immediate start. The salary on offer is commensurate with experience and within the target range of $120K-$130K total package. Pre-employment checks will be carried out prior to onboard.
