Tasks & responsibilities
- Strong leader, inclusive of others, and brings a positive attitude everyday
- Flair for building positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood Educators, families, children, and the wider community
- Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
- Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service.
Qualifications & experience
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Nationally recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, depending on course/course progress
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- Mentoring and/or leadership experience (preferred) coupled with a minimum of 2 years full-time work experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and able to prove this (or equivalent part-time experience).
Salary range is between $73,150 and $93,000 plus Superannuation, depending on experience.
