Early Years- Diploma Lead Educator | Lunch Cover hours | Rosebery

Anila Recruitment is representing a NFP Early Childhood organisation in the recruitment of an Early Years Diploma Lead Educator for their service based in Rosebery.  Our Client pride themselves on high-quality long daycare Services and their education programs are delivered by qualified and passionate staff to children and families. 

You will be responsible for supporting children's needs and education within a preschool / long daycare setting. This role will work collaboratively with the ECT to deliver exceptional, high-quality programs to children aged 0 - 6 years. 

About the role:

• Planning, creating and implementing exciting learning experiences and environments for the children
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with families
• Develop collaborative relationships with staff
• Develop positive relationships with families 
• Be part of the service development and overall philosophy
• You will be floating across all rooms providing lunch cover 

About you: 

• A passion for working with young children and supporting their education in early years 
• MUST hold a Diploma in Children and or Early Years Education 
• Experience working with children in pre-school or long daycare 
• First Aid, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• WWCC
