eCommerce Customer Service Officer | Mon-Fri | Full Time

What does this opportunity look like for you?

As the team’s Customer Service Champion, you’ll take the lead on all customer inquiries via phone, email and online chat. You’ll be responsible for remedying service hiccups and product enquiries from initial contact through to resolution - the buck stops with you! When you’re not busy ensuring excellent customer outcomes, you’ll be assisting the team in general office administrative duties, which will mainly be e-commerce related tasks.

About you:

• You’ve got unyielding patience and experience dealing with a large volume of customer calls.
• You love going the extra mile for customers.
• Have highly developed communications skills, both verbally and written
• You’re a stickler for detail and have excellent time-management skills.
• You're a strong communicator (both verbal and written).
• You have a 'can-do' attitude to learn new skills and processes and cope well with change.
• Most importantly, you are a Team Player and are willing to go above and beyond to help your colleagues.

Tools in your kit:

• You are Tech-Savvy and feel 'at-home' working on a computerised system and enjoy learning and using new applications.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces like eBay and Amazon are desirable.
• You have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
