Hourly Rate: $38.15 – $39.39 + extra allowance (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

Lead the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Mentor educators and support programming and planning
Promote reflective practice and professional development
Work collaboratively with the Centre Director to ensure quality and compliance
Engage families and the wider community in learning journeys

What You’ll Need

ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader
Deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Current Working with Children Check (ACT)
Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
