About the Role

• Lead the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Mentor educators and support programming and planning

• Promote reflective practice and professional development

• Work collaboratively with the Centre Director to ensure quality and compliance

• Engage families and the wider community in learning journeys

What You’ll Need

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader

• Deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Current Working with Children Check (ACT)

• Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
