About the Role
As the Educational Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and practices that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF). Your leadership will help shape an environment where children thrive, families feel confident, and educators feel inspired.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and implementation across the centre

• Mentor and support educators to embed best practices in early childhood education

• Foster a reflective culture focused on continuous improvement

• Work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure compliance and quality standards are met

• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentoring role within the early years sector

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and child-centred educational approaches

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

• A positive, collaborative, and proactive approach to leadership
