Our client, a well-established leader in fire protection services, is seeking an Electrical Service Supervisor to take charge of their Fire Service operations in Bunbury, WA.

As Service Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of fire service technicians, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support to deliver high-quality service across a diverse client portfolio. Your Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fire service technicians
  • Recruit and retain top talent to ensure service excellence
  • Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture
Client & Stakeholder Relationships
  • Build trusted relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Act as the key point of contact for operational escalations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline delivery
Financial & Operational Management
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and P&L for the Bunbury branch
  • Drive efficiency through smart resource planning and labour utilisation
  • Support growth through forecasting and strategic planning
Compliance, Safety & Process Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety standards and regulations
  • Lead safety initiatives and uphold EH&S standards
  • Drive operational improvements through process review and optimisation
What You’ll Bring: Mandatory:
  • 3+ years’ experience in the fire protection industry
  • WA Driver’s License and current QBCC / EAHL / ACA licenses
  • Proven ability to lead teams and meet KPIs
  • Experience with Special Hazards systems
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Fire Safety Standards
Preferred:
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in remote site or mining operations
  • Sales, quoting, or project management background
  • Strong understanding of Profit & Loss reporting
  • Trade background highly regarded
