Electrical Service Technician – Alimak Group, Façade Access Division    

Alimak Group’s façade access division, through its brands Manntech and Coxgomyl, are looking for trade qualified Electrical fitters for maintenance and repair work on Building Maintenance Units (BMU) and other façade and height access systems.

We have a requirement for an experienced electrical fitter to work within our Façade Access Division team. The role will undertake inspection, maintenance and repair work on customer-owned equipment on high-rise towers, including general maintenance, major overhauls and replacement activities.

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• "A grade" electrical license

• At least 2 years’ experience as a licensed electrician or a mechanical fitter with a restricted electrical licence (connect/disconnect licence)

• Driver’s license

• Rights to work in Australia

• The ability to work unsupervised

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience on commercial / industrial site or with cranes / EWPs or other access equipment.

• Construction industry induction (white card) preferred

• Work safety at heights training (RIIWHS204D) preferred
