About the role

Electroplus is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Trade Assistant to join our team in Wahroonga, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn new skills in a supportive environment. As an Electrical Trade Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electricians to deliver high-quality services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with installation of temporary and permanent electrical systems (e.g., site power boards, lighting).

• Help run and pull cables through walls, ceilings, and underground conduits.

• Prepare surfaces and fixings for electrical fixtures (e.g., switchboards, lighting, outlets).

• Preparing work areas and cleaning up after tasks are completed

• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve your skills

What we're looking for

• A strong interest in the electrical trade and a willingness to learn

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Physically fit to perform tasks involving lifting and manual handling

• A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
