Electrician

We are currently recruiting for a trade qualified electrician to attend CBS customer sites to install, commission, maintain, diagnose and repair production equipment.

Liaise with equipment manufacturers to resolve novel faults and issues
Maintain accurate service and time keeping records including hours spent and parts consumed.
Adopt a team based approach to tasks in the Service Department

Task & Responsibilities

Comprehensive understanding of the maintenance and breakdown repair of food processing machinery including the following aspects:
Electrical Faults
Electronic Faults (bus communications, PLC programmes, I/O equipment)
Instrumentation Fault detection and rectification
Mechanical Fault detection and rectification
Ability to understand specific customer processes and optimise equipment performance to suit.
Experience with Trief, Rex or Marel processing equipment highly regarded

Qualification & Experience

Relevant Trade Electrician's License
Australian Driving License
At least three years of relevant industry experience.
