CJB ELECTRICAL is a family owned and operated business, with over 50 years of collective experience in our staff. We offer a prompt and efficient service to all of our customers.  We are now hiring fully qualified electricians for work across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

Job Details

A lot of the job entails repair and maintenance work in hotels and taverns across Southeast Queensland. During works, our clients often require trade to remain operational, so the ability to think on your feet and work around client's needs are important. Fault finding and problem-solving skills are very important, as well as the ability to get the job done as quickly, safely and in the most efficient way possible.

Most of our work includes: 

• Commercial renovations, additions, and upgrades to existing areas
• Fault finding
• New construction
• General compliance
• Upgrading of existing switchboards and electrical systems

While running small jobs, you may be required to direct and supervise small teams while still performing on the tools work. Previous experience with leading hand roles will be favourable.

What we require from you

• Current Driver’s license
• Current Electrical work license for QLD
• EWP license preferable but not necessary
• Someone who is hard working
• Someone who is a team player
• Proven experience

Successful applicants may be required to work away from home occasionally. There is also an On Call Roster which will require the successful applicant to be able to commit too.
