POSITION

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Industrial Electrician with UPS and battery system experience due to rapid business growth and an increasing demand for services. In this role, you will focus on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS and battery storage systems across key infrastructure projects, including:

• Workshop electrical construction and assembly of UPS and battery systems for deployment in airports, data centres, rail systems, and tunnels
• Installation, testing, and maintenance of UPS systems and battery storage solutions for critical infrastructure
• On-site electrical installations and system commissioning, ensuring reliable backup power solutions for mission-critical environments
• Reading and interpreting electrical design drawings to install and integrate UPS and battery systems effectively
• Troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on UPS and battery systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician with a strong background in UPS and battery systems
• Experience working on UPS systems, battery storage, and backup power solutions in high-demand environments
• A background in critical infrastructure projects, especially within airports, data centres, rail systems, and tunnels is highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure operational efficiency in mission-critical systems
• A passion for a long-term career in the electrical services sector with a focus on power solutions for critical industries
