About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Electrician to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will work across a variety sites, delivering high-quality electrical solutions that reflect our commitment to excellence.

 

Whether your experience lies in construction projects or service and maintenance, we want to hear from you! Our diverse range of work offers the opportunity to sharpen existing skills or expand into new areas.

• If you’ve mainly worked in installations but want to sharpen your fault-finding skills, we’ll provide the training.

• If you’re a troubleshooting pro eager to tackle large-scale projects, we have the resources to support you.

• Interested in taking on more leadership? We encourage you to grow into a site leader – just let us know!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality electrical solutions, including installations, upgrades, and fault resolution.

• Work closely with clients to deliver tailored electrical and data solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain detailed documentation through SimPRO. 

• Follow approved testing procedures and contribute to our commitment to quality.

• Supervise, coach, and mentor our apprentices, actively contributing to their learning and skill development.

• Represent M2 Electrical’s commitment to excellence in every interaction.

 

What We’re Looking For

You’re a skilled and customer-focused electrician who thrives in dynamic environments. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience working on sites with strict Health, Safety, & Environment requirements and thorough documentation.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong computer literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Flexibility, strong time management, and organisational skills.

 

What You Will Need

• Current unrestricted Electrical Licence

• Construction Induction White Card

• Current CPR / LVR certification

• Manual Driver Licence

• Current Police Check (within the last 12 months) or the ability to obtain one.
