The Role
- Ensure efficient, customer focused repair of handheld electronic products
- Analysis of scope of damage in accordance with the service policy and the goals set by the customer warranty agreements.
- Maintain the inspection regulations and administrative processes and ensure the assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assembly and disassembly of electronic products, testing and changing any faulty components
The Requirements
- Experience in maintaining and repairing electronic devices
- Fast learner
- Good IT skills
- Good organisational skills
