The Role

• Ensure efficient, customer focused repair of handheld electronic products
• Analysis of scope of damage in accordance with the service policy and the goals set by the customer warranty agreements.
• Maintain the inspection regulations and administrative processes and ensure the assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Assembly and disassembly of electronic products, testing and changing any faulty components

The Requirements

• Experience in maintaining and repairing electronic devices
• Fast learner 
• Good IT skills 
• Good organisational skills
