Full Job Description:
Our client is a fast growing SaaS vendor - offering Digital Workflow & Collaboration solutions, which has completely disrupted its industry! After further investment in the APAC region, specifically Australia, they are now looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join the team. We're looking for top performers who live and breathe sales & are based in Melbourne.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with:
· Proactively seeking/closing new business deals through solution based selling· Prospecting through cold-calling, emailing, networking events and LI Sales Navigator· Own the entire sales cycle, with a key focus on product demonstrations and closing deals - you will have leads provided to you by the Sales Development Representative, however, being pro-active and taking initiative to hunt for your own, is key!· Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets· Mastering the ability to evangelise our clients' story
About you:
· You have 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, selling complex software /SaaS solutions· Ideally you will have experience selling GRC technology, fintech SaaS, workflow or collaboration tools but key is your ability to manage senior level relationships across risk, legal, HR, IT and Operations decision makers - Heads of, C level, Partners down · You are driven, hungry, energetic and motivated to succeed in the tech sales industry.· You have a tenacious hunger to win new business and close deals· You posses experience in carrying a monthly sales quota and KPI's within commission compensation structure· You are confident, well-presented, have good questioning/listening skills, degree qualified
