As an Equipment Specialist you will undertake wheelchair and seating equipment trials and demonstrations with clients, and in conjunction with their therapists, you will provide customised solutions for their mobility equipment needs.   You will travel across Melbourne and surrounds attending scheduled appointments in the community (homes, schools, hospitals etc).

• Undertaking equipment trials and demonstrations 

• Engaging with therapists and families to understand their mobility equipment needs

• Providing a range of equipment options, ensuring equipment best suits their needs

• Accurately scripting equipment needs as trialled with the client

• Delivery of equipment and demonstration of functions/operations

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

• Proven experience in customer facing sales/relationship role

• Be mechanically minded and enjoy working with tools & equipment

• Problem solving ability and dealing with complexity

• Physically able to undertake lifting/moving of equipment

• A current drivers licence

• sound computer literacy
