WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year supervising or managing experience.
- You inspire teams to perform to the highest standards and lead by example.
- Customer Service mindset, enthusiastic, engaging and keen to provide customers with an amazing experience.
- You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR DUTIES
- Manage a team of casual game masters
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Train and mentor game masters and maintain high staff satisfaction
- Ensure the venue operations runs smoothly including timely repairs, maintaining cleanliness, ordering of supplies and replacements and appropriate staff rostering
- Implement in store marketing initiatives
- Liaise with owners, head office and service providers with on games, repairs and other issues
- Administer financials ensuring timely payment of bookings, reconciliations, staff cost ratios and reporting.
- First point of contact for operational issues
