Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Australia for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans, specifications, and requirements. They will maintain cost data, prepare tenders and proposals, and work closely with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely estimates. The role involves evaluating project risks, providing cost control during the project lifecycle, and contributing to improving estimation processes. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and proposalsStrong analytical skills for evaluating project risks and requirementsExperience in cost control and maintaining cost dataExcellent communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of building and construction industry standardsRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fieldAbility to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teamsExperience in the insurance or restoration sector is a plus
