Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate tenders / quotes for onshore and offshore projects and ensuring submission as per client requirements and timeframes.
The company offers a fully integrated service to customers combining a manufacturing and fabrication facility with the capacity to install, service and repair complex and specialised equipment both Onshore and Offshore. Services include Specialised Welding and Fabrication, Pipe Spooling / Welding, Project Management & Engineering, Design Services, Construction and Maintenance, Shutdowns, Decommissioning and Repairs, Rigging and Scaffolding and repair and recertification of capital drilling and production equipment.
Clients include Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Producers, Exploration Companies, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the Resources Sector.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide accurate cost and draft estimates
• Compile scopes of works and tender documentation
• Maintain and produce project records and reports
• Conduct commercial, risk, and profitability reviews
• Perform detailed tender handovers into pre-contracts and project delivery
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Identify new project opportunities and support business development efforts
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience estimating or project managing oil & gas projects (onshore & offshore)
• Experience in decommissioning, asset integrity, remediation, and upgrade scopes
• Ability to complete complex material quantity take-offs
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
