About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll do more than just crunch numbers—you’ll be an integral part of our project success, working across estimation, procurement, and contract administration. From reviewing plans to liaising with subcontractors and ensuring projects stay on budget, you’ll be a key player in delivering outstanding fitouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating & Tendering:

  • Prepare accurate scopes of work and cost estimates from architectural and services drawings.

  • Conduct site visits for small projects, assessing feasibility and identifying potential construction or maintenance issues.

  • Work with subcontractors to secure competitive quotes and negotiate pricing.

  • Identify cost risks and value-engineering opportunities.

  • Maintain pricing and cost databases for efficiency in estimating.

• Contract Administration & Procurement:

  • Engage with subcontractors from project award through to delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions.

  • Manage project budgets, variations, and financial tracking.

  • Be the main point of contact for budget-related queries throughout project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Insane attention to detail—tracking RFIs, clarifications, and exclusions meticulously.

• Strong construction knowledge from practical experience—able to spot potential issues before they arise.

• Resourcefulness in finding cost-effective and practical solutions.

• Industry awareness—understanding general cost benchmarks and questioning overpriced items.

• Client-focused mindset—excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in estimating software (Cubit, Nexvia is a plus).
