🍴 Apprentice Chef

No experience necessary! Just bring your passion for food and willingness to learn. A fantastic opportunity for someone ready to begin their career in the kitchen under the guidance of an experienced team.

👨‍🍳 Casual Chef (25+ hours/week)

Ideal for someone with experience who’s looking for a consistent and rewarding role in a high-quality events kitchen. Flexible hours available for the right candidate.

🛏️ Casual Housekeepers

Help us keep our beautiful on-site accommodation and spaces guest-ready. Attention to detail and reliability are key!

🥂 Banquet & Event Staff

Be part of unforgettable wedding and event experiences. Weekend availability is essential. Great team environment and award-winning location.

🌿 Grounds Staff (Casual)

Assist in maintaining our scenic and expansive property. A great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in presentation.

🌟 Junior Manager (Full-Time)

Perfect for a recent graduate with a qualification in Events, Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management. A hands-on, dynamic role with room to grow.
