This role focuses on cultivating major accounts, increasing projected revenues, promoting EVT group business, and identifying potential in underrepresented markets. The goal is to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing market and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: •  Secure future business opportunities within assigned markets. •  Cultivate and expand the current base of major accounts. •  Increase projected revenues and promote EVT group business. •  Identify and capture potential in underrepresented markets. •  Ensure a competitive position in response to market and customer needs. •  Provide guidance and support to mentor team members as directed by the General Manager, Sales. •  Collaborate with properties to identify and pursue opportunities. Qualifications: •  Proven experience in account management or a similar role. •  Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. •  Excellent communication and leadership skills. •  Ability to mentor and support team members. •  Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
