Employment Type: Full-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)
Team: Supporting Rajwinder Singh, and Sukhdeep Gill – Raine & Horne Land Victoria
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our high-performing acreage real estate team at Raine & Horne Land Victoria. You’ll be supporting three experienced professionals in a role that’s heavily focused on administration, with occasional prospecting and client engagement tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and excited about the opportunity to work in the high-value sector of acreage and land real estate. While prior experience in real estate is beneficial, it is not essential — training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team.
Assist in preparing contracts, vendor statements (Section 32s), and listing documents.
Coordinate property inspections, site visits, and schedules.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure all client/property data is up to date.
Help with signage orders, brochure creation, and social media coordination.
Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Occasionally assist with lead generation and light prospecting activities.
Liaise with clients, legal representatives, vendors, and internal departments.
Support the directors with ad hoc personal and professional tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience in real estate or admin (preferred but not required).
Driver’s license (preferred).
What You’ll Gain:
First-hand exposure to multi-million dollar land transactions.
Training and mentorship from industry-leading acreage agents.
A supportive team environment that values growth and initiative.
Opportunities to progress into sales, marketing, or client management roles.
Competitive pay based on experience and commitment.
