About the Role
We’re seeking a professional and personable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director of the Business. In this pivotal role, you'll manage a broad range of administrative tasks and coordinate key projects, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes for key committees and meetings
- Serve as a point of contact between staff and the Director
- Assist in managing and supporting various projects involving internal and external stakeholders
- Collate and review reports and documentation for the Director
- Maintain and update internal policies and procedures
- Draft and format letters, reports, and official documents
- Coordinate events and staff functions, including catering arrangements
- Prepare and publish weekly staff communications
- Organize First Aid training and manage professional development applications
- Liaise with other executive assistants and provide general administrative support as needed
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting executives or senior leaders
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail, excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
- Typing speed of 50–60 WPM with high accuracy
- Relevant qualifications in business administration or equivalent practical experience
