About the Role
Our client is a busy commercial builder who specialises in a range of projects across industrial, retail, healthcare and more. 

Due to ongoing growth, a new opportunity exists to join their Pyrmont Office as the EA to the Director. As the Director's true right hand, they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven operational expert to support this busy Director across the broader running of the business, not only limited to their personal support however driving efficiency across other business matters whilst also taking on exciting projects in the marketing, tenders, and HR realm.  Your role will be filled with tasks such as;

  • Diary & email management for the Director, coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Marketing management including social media management and the ongoing maintenance of these pages, including community engagement.  
  • Tender & submission coordination, liaising with internal SME's to create a winning bid! 
  • Events coordination & management ranging in size for the team around you and expanding to large-scale client events
  • People & Culture support including onboarding new starters, IT, wellbeing and culture initiatives 
  • Ad hoc administration as required
About You
This client is looking for the right culture fit as well as technical ability. As they are going through growth, you will be looking for a long term role and be keen to grow in the business.

You will have an adaptable communication style to ensure cohesiveness across the team and an ability to work with everchanging priorities. You will be the glue between the management team & broader business and have a calm, level head. 

  • 3-5+ years experience as a PA or EA is a MUST 
  • Confidentiality at all times
  • A process improvement mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to oversee more than one project simultaneously 
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • A dynamic, team player
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive the below;
  • A remuneration package of circa $110k - $130k +superannuation, experience dependent
