About the opportunity
This role is responsible for delivering administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting business productivity in a multinational context. Multiple vacancies are available across various departments and business units.
In this role, you will:
You will provide operational and administrative support to directors and executive teams across various departments, including Upstream, Downstream, and Services. They are seeking candidates who can commit to a full-time assignment in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of two years. Start dates will align with notice periods, medical clearance, and onboarding timelines later in 2025.
About you
We are seeking candidates who have provided high-level support to senior executives in a multinational or large corporate setting.
