About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide a wide range of high quality, reliable, professional and confidential support services to the Executive Dean and senior staff within the School of Design and Architecture.
As the Executive Assistant, you will work under the general management of the Senior Manager, School Operations however will take day-to-day direction from the Executive Dean. In addition, you will work in partnership with academic and research support staff to ensure a collaborative administrative support function across the school.
In this role, you will be responsible for all administrative service provision including but not limited to diary management, coordinating meetings, travel, preparation of meeting papers, coordinating school wide events, and resolving issues as they arise. You will be expected to provide project support as well as back up support to the wider school during peak periods.
As this position carries substantial responsibility, you will be required to exercise considerable judgement, initiative, discretion, and independence while interacting daily with senior staff across the university and external stakeholders.
