About Them
Are you an experienced Executive Search Consultant looking for your next challenge? A leading financial services organisation based in the heart of Sydney CBD are seeking a Interim Executive Search Consultant to join their team.

About the Role
This is a 3 - 6 month daily rate contract with potential to lead to a permanent role. Working 2 days a week in the office and 3 from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop search strategies.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify suitable candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Provide insights on market trends and talent mapping to inform strategic decisions.

About You
You will ideally have proven experience gained working within an executive search agency or working within an internal function within a large consulting firm and exposure to the financial services sector would be advantageous.

You will have strong networking abilities and a track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments simultaneously
