About Us

L&C Quality Healthcare is a modern, multidisciplinary clinic located in Neutral Bay. Our team is committed to a collaborative approach to health and wellness, offering a variety of services to meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Currently, we are seeking passionate and self-motivated Allied Health Professionals that can currently commit to a minimum of 8-hours per week, with progressively increasing hours as the clientele and case-load builds. This would suit a candidate that is looking for a position they can grow into.

The Role

As a commission-based practitioner at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients within your scope of practice. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative team and our clinic’s marketing and referral network.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment/management plans for clients

• Deliver individual therapy sessions

• Educate and empower clients to achieve their health and functional goals

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans, as needed

• Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide holistic care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
