Experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Company: Nada Concrete Constructions 

Position: Full-time/part-time negotiable

Hours: Negotiable part-time or full-time role (4 days/5 days a week Monday to Friday)

Start Date: Late April/early May 2025

Nada Concrete Constructions is a small, family-owned company in the building and construction industry, dedicated to delivering quality service and exceptional results. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager with expertise in MYOB to manage our accounts and support our operations. This position is intended to cover maternity leave but may lead to an ongoing role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client invoicing

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable

- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations

- Process payroll and superannuation payments 

- Prepare BAS and IAS

- Facilitate debt collection

- Perform general accounts and administrative tasks as requested by the Director

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a bookkeeping or office management role

- Construction industry experience is preferred but not essential

- Proficient in MYOB with a strong understanding of its application

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills

- Outstanding time management and organisational abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation
