Experienced Dermal Clinician

About the role

ODE Dermatology seeks a skilled, senior dermal clinician with at least two years of
experience to join our expert team. Founded by renowned Australian dermatologist
Dr. Shammi Theesan, our clinic offers cutting-edge technology across a range of
dermatological and aesthetic treatments.

Located on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, we cater to a discerning clientele, addressing
concerns such as acne, skin health, hair loss, and aesthetic enhancements. Our
approach combines clinical expertise with a luxurious, transformative experience.

Your responsibilities

- Perform a variety of advanced dermal treatments, including laser therapies, with
meticulous care and precision.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and collaborate with our resident
dermatologist to create personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Design bespoke skincare routines for clients and educate them on proper use,
explaining the reasoning behind each step in the regimen.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records using our medical software, Shexie.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards, both within the clinic and
according to industry best practices.
- Achieve set KPIs through retail sales.
- Actively contribute to the clinic's growth, success, and positive culture.

What we're looking for

 Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dermal clinician or in a similar role.
 Tertiary qualifications in dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong focus on client care and service.
 High level of presentation
 Ability to recommend retail products from our range to clients.
 Flexible working hours and days.
 Reliable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
 Knowledge and Experience with Sciton lasers is preferred.

 Experience with modalities such as PICO. BBL, 1927, and Erbium lasers are essential.
 Strong attention to detail and proactive in using initiative.
 Passion for the health and beauty industry, committed to delivering
