Experienced Excavator Operator for Drainage Works

About the role

Atlas Civil Contracting is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Perth, WA. This full-time role will involve operating excavators to carry out essential drainage works on construction sites. As a crucial member of our plant and machinery team, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of our civil engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently operating excavators to excavate, load, and move materials on construction sites

• Carrying out drainage and trenching work as required for various civil engineering projects

• Communicating effectively with the wider construction team to ensure seamless project delivery

• Performing routine maintenance and checks on excavators and related equipment

• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (2+ years) operating excavators in a construction environment

• Demonstrated expertise in executing drainage and trenching works using excavators

• Strong understanding of construction site operations and procedures

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safety and environmental best practices

• Relevant tickets and licences, including a HR driver's licence
