The Alba Aged Care, comprised of 95 beds and Easy Living Apartments, comprised of 60 apartments provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facilities within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair and beauty spa, and gym along with many other activities in the Albert Park Lake area.

Your New Role

As an Experienced Personal Care Assistant / Care Partner, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

• Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
• Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About You

Does this sound like you?

• A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Care Assistant within Aged Care in Australia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work AM Shifts - Monday to Friday each week
• Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability or similar
• Experience leading and supporting other Carers
• A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and a 2025 Influenza Vaccination
