Experienced Property Manager – Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

We’re looking for more than just a great Property Manager. We’re searching for a true leader—someone with depth of experience (Experience in SDA Property Management is favourable), a high level of emotional intelligence, and the drive to step into something meaningful.

Our team manages Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties across Australia. We are a registered NDIS service provider. This is a space where property meets purpose. And it’s not for everyone—it requires compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage people as well as processes.

This role is ideal for someone who has:

·  Run a property management department or lead teams of property managers

·  A strong grasp of end-to-end property management

·  Excellent communication and leadership skills

·  A natural ability to connect with people—especially those with complex needs

·  A desire for something more rewarding than traditional property roles

·  Previous experience in the NDIS SDA property management space

You might be someone who’s been in property management for years, and now you’re ready for a new challenge. A fresh chapter. One that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives.

What you’ll bring:

·  Experience leading a property management team

·  Strong operational knowledge and customer service focus

·  A keen eye for detail—someone who follows through and ensures nothing slips

·  Willingness to undertake NDIS-specific training

·  Interest (or experience) in working within the disability sector

·  Bonus: Experience using Property Me (not essential)
