This is a full time position at 1300Hired. The role is to assist employers by identifying suitable people for jobs that meet the needs of their businesses.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in various sectors, like mining, industrial engineering, and construction project management.
- Confirm job vacancy details with clients, including job descriptions, wages, employment conditions and necessary skills/qualifications being sought.
- Provide information and guidance with respect to current job vacancies to both employers and job seekers.
- Identity clients’ hiring needs and corporate culture, establishing strong connections.
- Create compelling job descriptions/advertisements through thorough job analyses and utilise popular job platforms to find suitable candidates.
- Source and acquire candidates creatively through various channels and perform administrative processes like screening, testing, and reference checking.
- Conduct telephonic and online interviews to shortlist candidates that align with client expectations.
- Manage candidate applications, resumes, and hiring stages using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software (JobAdder).
- Present candidate profiles to clients concisely, highlighting qualifications and suitability.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations when engaging with candidates and clients.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor level qualification in engineering, business or science + 2 years post qualification work experience.
Alternatively, 5 years full time recruitment or related work experience may be considered in lieu of the above.
