We are currently seeking experienced traffic controllers who are adept at handling various traffic management responsibilities. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing Traffic Management Plans with precision, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and Austroads Guidelines. Communication, professionalism, and a commitment to safety are paramount to this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Professional communication with contractors and stakeholders

- Safe operation of company vehicles

- Confident implementation of Traffic Management Plans in compliance with standards

- Effective contribution in both small and large team environments

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Work zone Traffic Management certification

- Construction White Card

- Current Driver's License (ability to drive manual)

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in traffic control

- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to various work locations and weather conditions

- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen

 

Desirable Qualifications:

- Apply First Aid Qualification

- Proven conflict resolution skills

- Professional grooming and presentation always
