Fabrication & Installation of RF Shielded Enclosures

The Shielding Division of Compliance Engineering provide radio frequency (RF) shielded enclosures (also known as Faraday Cages) to a wide range of industries including: Telecommunications, Science, Government, Medical & Defence.

Due to growth in the orgamisation, a new position has been created within the RF Shielding Division. The new position will involve: Manufacturing radio frequency (RF) shielded enclosures and installing them at customer premises across Australia.

Please note that there is a requirement to travel, locally, interstate (and possibly overseas). 

The position would suit a candidate who has the following attributes:

  > Able to use hand tools and power tools 

  > Good mechanical aptitude

  > A strong focus on detail & Demonstrates initiative

  > Effective communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills

  > Able to work well independently, or as well as part of a small team

  > Holds a valid drivers license

> Australian born citizenship (Required for government security clearance)

  > Based near Melbourne outer eastern suburb of Keysborough

Existing trade experience (eg carpentry, mechanical or metal fabrication) will be highly regarded.

Remuneration will be based on your level of relevant industry experience.
