The opportunity:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is an integral part of the Movie World Maintenance team and is responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment as required across Movie World Business Unit sites.

Your day to day:
• Perform basic handyman maintenance
• Maintain various types of kitchen equipment
• Perform all basic unregulated plumbing, AC and refrigerated maintenance
• Organise Fire contractor to maintain the current Fire protection systems
• Assist Contractors when required for Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Kitchen equipment, plumbing, etc.
• Manage stock levels in areas of responsibility and ensure all Maximo generated work orders are completed by the scheduled completion date

What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Basic working knowledge of facilities plant & equipment
• Availability to work 5 days a week and on call in weekends if required
• Be able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
• Hold an engineering, building or equivalent related Trades Certificate is essential
• EWP and Forklift License is desirable
