Factory Hand

We are a flat-pack cabinet factory based in Dandenong, offering a stable, long-term role for someone looking for consistent work with a set daily routine.

We are currently seeking a full-time machine operator and cabinet packer. The job is straightforward and repetitive, and we provide full training on CNC operation, edgebander machine operation, and panel saw usage—no prior experience required.

Candidates must be physically fit for factory work. Shifts may be early morning or daytime, depending on your availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.35 – $35.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

• Annual bonus

Experience:

• CNC: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
